A nice ancient tree moonlight white style tea from the same trees as the Xin Chải raw puerh.
 
This tea area really is an ancient tea tree paradise as you are greeted by some exceptionally big and tall ones upon entering the village. The tea trees here grow tall and quite naturally without much human intervention. The people living here are H'Mông.
 
The leaves here are big and round with thick stems. This tea brews up slowly into a rich golden soup. Rich/ thick mouthfeel with a layered sweet, fruity and mossy herbal profile with floral notes. Lasting finish with light bitterness/astringency and strong qi effect.
 
We went with a greener processing this year to keep some freshness and add to the aging potential.
 
It goes many rounds, a good candidate for brewing throughout the day.
