The spring 2023 version of our well received 2022 Giàng Pằng raw puerh!
 
This year was especially rainy and foggy in this area so bringing a sun-dried tea from this area to fruition was looking doubtful at the start of the season. We got lucky with a window of a few days of decent sun in early April and were able to make a couple batches of this tea!
 
This tea brews up slowly into a rich, hazy golden, green soup. Sweet, floral, light fruit range and a balanced complex fragrance and flavor. Low-medium bitterness and astringency. Rich huigan and strong qi. 
 
Giàng Pằng is one of my favorite tea areas in Vietnam and I'm so happy we can continue offering teas from there.
