This is a really interesting tea from Hà Giang.
A friend of ours worked with a Chinese tea businessman to import Long Jing (unsure of the specific varietal) tea trees into Vietnam.
Our friend planted a couple gardens and they have been growing naturally without any human intervention except for picking since then.
This tea brews up into a golden amber liquor. Heavily fruity with a warming spice profile, this one has good thickness and a lasting finish.
I like brewing this one with a lot of leaf and for longer steeps.
