This is a rare loose leaf ripe puerh for Vietnam being pretty old and naturally but carefully stored.
This tea brews up quickly into a rich dark soup. Deep notes of herbal medicine, forest floor and “aged taste” with a throat cooling finish. This tea retains a light bitterness that balances well with the sweetness. Strong relaxing qi effect.
The leaves are quite small and brew up quickly. I recommend using a filter and doing quick brews for the first couple steeps and then longer for the following steeps.
