Autumn tea from Tùng Vài and Minh Tân communes in the Quản Bạ district of Hà Giang. This is an exciting tea for us as it’s our first tea from areas east of Hà Giang city. The tea areas in eastern Hà Giang aren’t nearly as well known (except for Lũng Phìn) as areas in the west of Hà Giang (Cao Bồ, Thượng Sơn, Hoàng Su Phì…). 
 
This tea brews up into a rich golden soup. Deeply sweet, floral and a vegetal almost umami profile with strong minerality. Low bitterness and astringency with a lasting huigan that builds over the session.
